At Shpd, we prioritize the safe and efficient handling of your shipments. As outlined in our usage policy, the responsibility for packaging rests entirely with you, our valued customer.
Document Packaging
Basic Packaging Requirements

1
Envelopes
Please place all documents intended for shipping inside a white A4-sized envelope.
Important Note : The envelope must be sealed in front of the courier to ensure the contents are verified before sealing.

2
Plastic Folders
Many customers opt for A4 plastic folders to protect documents from moisture. However, be aware that papers can easily fall out.

3
Recommendation
For added security, place the plastic folder inside an additional sealed A4 envelope, as shown in the attached images.

Package Shipping Guidelines
Follow these essential instructions when shipping packages to ensure your contents arrive safely and avoid any shipping issues.
Packaging Restrictions
1
Gift Boxes
The use of gift boxes is not permitted, as they are easy to open and can lose their contents. Wrapping gift boxes in materials like stretch film does not enhance security; packaging will be opened for inspection and not resealed.

2
Compressed Cardboard
Using compressed cardboard for packaging is not acceptable. Inspection processes may require opening the box, which can damage the contents or cause the box to explode due to pressure. Additionally, using an oversized box can lead to damage.

3
Reconstructed Boxes
Avoid attempting to reduce shipping costs by cutting or assembling pieces of cardboard to create smaller boxes. This practice increases the risk of tearing during transport, potentially leading to loss of contents.
Proper Packaging Requirements

1
Basic Requirements Rechargeable
Ensure your package is in a box with four corners for easy opening and closing during inspections. The box should not be torn, compressed, or reconstructed.
Note:
Note: If your box has any brand markings, please obscure them without damaging the box.

2
Shipping Fragile Products
When shipping fragile items, such as electronics, it's your responsibility to secure the contents using appropriate materials, such as: The level of padding should be tailored to the item’s fragility. If sending multiple items in one box, each should be securely packaged before combining them in a sturdy, uncompressed box. No external packaging, like straps or plastic bags, is allowed on the box.

3
Labels
We recommend affixing a clear label indicating the package’s fragility. This label should be printed by you and placed on the corners to ensure safe transport.
