Shipment Insurance Made Simple

At our company, we want to ensure that your shipping experience is as seamless and secure as possible. We offer shipment insurance for both documents and parcels, providing you with peace of mind as your items travel to their destination.

Documents

Document Insurance Overview

When shipping documents, it’s crucial to follow our packaging guidelines to safeguard your important items and ensure a hassle-free delivery.

Parcel Insurance Overview

To protect your parcels, we recommend adhering to our packaging instructions for safe shipping. When sending non-personal items, please include an invoice that states the item’s value, as this is necessary for customs clearance and determining insurance coverage.

Keep in mind, the maximum insurance coverage is $10,000. If the declared value exceeds this limit, only $10,000 will be covered. Insurance applies only to lost items.

Claims Process for Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, here’s how to initiate a claim:

Proof of Damage
Proof of Damage:

The recipient must sign for the delivery and file a complaint.

Packaging Photos
Packaging Photos:

The sender should provide images of the internal and external packaging prior to shipping.

Parcel Photos
Parcel Photos:

Once received, the recipient should send photos of the parcel—both inside and out—along with clear images of any damaged items.

After reviewing the submitted materials, we will assess whether the packaging was adequate. If it meets our standards, compensation will be based on the declared value of the contents. If the packaging is deemed insufficient, compensation may be denied or reduced at the discretion of our management team.

Important Note:

Please note that our insurance does not cover fragile items or those prone to breaking.
We’re here to help you navigate any challenges with your shipments, ensuring you feel confident and secure every step of the way!
